Outpatient Care

At our practice, we offer personalized outpatient therapy services for both individuals and couples, providing support for adults and adolescents in a compassionate and professional environment.

Whether online or in-person, our approach focuses on understanding your unique needs and goals, helping you navigate life's challenges with confidence and resilience. Through a blend of evidence-based techniques and a warm, collaborative approach, we work together to foster personal growth, improve relationships, and enhance emotional well-being.

MEET THE TEAM:

Melissa Bagnato, LPCC-S, IMFT-S

With more than a decade of experience, Melissa works with individuals, couples, and families providing compassionate, collaborative care to manage life’s challenges. She values the diversity of each client’s story and tailors her approach to meet unique needs and perspectives while strengthening relationships, supporting mental health, and addressing past trauma. She is dedicated to helping clients find balance by blending empathy, insight, and practical support. Melissa helps clients build on their strengths, develop self-awareness, and create meaningful, lasting change.

Leah Bruno, LPC

With 13 years of experience and a masters degree at Cleveland State University, Leah specializes in anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use. She is passionate about working with the adolescent population and providing meaningful and evidence-based services for our clients to be successful in treatment and for their future. 

Keshonna Hall, LSW

Keshonna Hall, MSSA, LSW is a master’s-level Licensed Social Worker and dedicated mental health therapist committed to supporting individuals on their journey toward emotional well-being and personal growth. She earned a Master of Science in Social Administration (MSSA) from Case Western Reserve University in 2019 and has diverse clinical experience across private practice, school-based programs, hospital, and community settings supporting children, adolescents, and adults facing challenges related to anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, and interpersonal relationships. She emphasizes a client-centered approach,  guided by her belief that each person deserves a safe, empathetic space to explore their experiences. Her training and practice include techniques drawn from cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, mindfulness-based strategies, and trauma-informed care. Keshonna strives to tailor her interventions to each client’s unique needs, strengths, and goals and is passionate about fostering resilience and empowering clients to gain tools that enhance their mental and emotional wellness.

Sara Stein LPC, ATR

With a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Counseling and Art Therapy from Ursuline College. Sara approaches her work through an eclectic framework, pulling from CBT, DBT, narrative, and experiential lenses. Sara has experience with a variety of populations, specializing in neurodivergent youth. Using a person-centered trauma informed approach, Sara uses various techniques including art therapy to work through a variety of diagnoses such as depression, anxiety, and trauma related disorders.
