Submit referral information from the placing agency, family, and any other involved professionals to referral@carringtonbh.org or call 216-268-2400

Carrington’s team reviews the referral details to understand the youth’s needs.

Participate in an interview (when possible) with Carrington’s clinical staff and unit supervisors, giving youth, families, and their supports the opportunity to ask questions and confirm program fit.

Await review by the multidisciplinary treatment team, who will consider all available information.

Receive the admissions decision from Carrington that best matches the child’s needs.

Proceed with placement. Carrington can accept emergency, urgent, or routine placements as possible.
